Important Additional Information on Wednesday Night Supper
CHANGES: 2009 Wednesday Night Suppers- - - We will begin on August 12th with a new food preparer and necessary price changes. While we formerly considered children age 18 and over as an adult, adults now will be those age 13 or older. There is no family maximum. The price for an ADULT (age 13 and over) meal will be $5.00. The price of a CHILD(under age 13) meal will be $3.00 All permanent reservations must be resubmitted. Since most of the meals are prepared by an outside vendor, it is mandatory that reservations be made by 4:00 PM on Monday. There are a number of ministries for which the church assumes the full cost, but please understand that the Wednesday Family Night Supper is not one of them. We do underwrite some of the labor costs, but all food costs are paid for by the participant. Folks may bring meals from the outside, but we do ask that they pay 25¢ for drinks supplied by the church. Desserts will only come with the paid meal. Place the money in the container provided.

Meals are prepared for those attending church functions, so please keep "carry outs" to a minimum. "Carry outs" must be requested when paying for your meal, and can be picked up at 6:15.
All menu items are subject to change. Please keep in mind that the church has to pay the vendor for the meal. We try to keep the food costs in line with income for each meal and we request that you cancel permanent reservations if you are unable to attend or pay for the meal unless absent due to illness.
If your child (under 13) desires an adult meal, please indicate this when your reservation is made so we can have the right amount of food available.
Please remember to dispose of plates, etc. before leaving for your activities.
If you have suggestions or complaints about any particular menu or food item, please let the staff know.
